Here are the steps to make a preorder of what is not currently in stock: 1. Check Availability: Verify if the supplier has sample videos and pictures. If available, we share these with shopper. If not, we require further information to ensure our sales team understands of the order. 2. Payment: After verifying the shopper's order, we request a non-refundable 50% deposit if we can't provide pictures for order confirmation. Once pictures are available and approved, we require 100% non-refundable payment. 3. Production: We proceed with the production of the order or in cases where production is not needed, we source. this process usually takes 2-5 days 4. Confirmation Video: in cases where we have picture or video of the shopper's order, We share a confirmation video of the order. Shoppers are required to review the video and make any corrections or specify their requests before we approve the production. 5. Shipping to Store: Once approved, we ship the order to our store. This process usually takes 6-14 days (usually take 5 days but if the preorder requires production from the sourced factory takes up to 16 days or more speak with our sales team to give an accurate time). 6. Inspection and Shipping to Shopper: Upon receiving the order at our store, we inspect it and then ship it to the shopper. This final step typically takes 3-5 days. Note: There may be slight delays at times, but we strive to ensure that the entire process does not exceed the given time frame of 2-4 weeks.
